Deleting an account permanently removes the account profile, saved training records, score history, and associated verification-code record from LASERDRILL systems. This cannot be undone.
Sign in, open Profile, choose DELETE ACCOUNT & DATA, enter your current password, and confirm. The app immediately removes the account and associated training data.
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account, or include your registered country code and mobile number. Do not send your password or SMS code by email.
We will verify that you control the account before processing a support request. Some minimal information may be retained where legally required, such as records needed to resolve a dispute or comply with law.
